Magic demands that we harm no one and this is an important rule. To do bad magic even for a good purpose is sending out negative energies that come bouncing back on us.

Magic is remarkably moral and on a psychological and practical level if you send fury or negativity to a bully or vicious gossip you are just adding fuel to their already well stoked fire of nastiness.

But you have every right to defend yourself morally, psychologically and magically and this is possible without doing harm to the person causing the problem.

Protective and defensive spells work in different ways, first by binding a person or situation from harming you or a loved one or from making you feel unhappy or inadequate or from persons known or unknown from coming to your home for a bad purpose or to disrupt your life. Sometimes this is enough and you can repeat binding spells as often as necessary.

If you are or frequently feel under attack for example at work you can also in a spell neutralize any ongoing negativity by directing it into a stone or crystal you empower magically.
